The energy coaching that I provide offers guidance and support in implementing various behaviors and methods to support a balanced level of energy on a daily basis. The purpose of the coaching is to help empower each client in maintaining a positive lifestyle of mindfulness and consciousness. It is a personalized plan for each client to stay connected to themselves and the Divine Spirit. We are all equipped to heal ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we can facilitate a lifestyle that allows you to live your best life.

 

During the Reiki session, I infuse energy medicine that aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. It improves the flow of energy in and around your body. It enables relaxation, relieves pain, speeds up the healing process, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Reiki can be used in combination with prescribed treatment by a physician. Reiki supports your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is an all-encompassing Universal Life Force Energy that provides the opportunity to regain and maintain balance within you and the life around you.

Chakra Reading is an integral combination of Reiki, crystals, tuning forks, and message to guide your soul on its life journey. The information I receive from the messages help you connect more directly to yourself and Divine Spirit. Such information can be about establishing a meditation routine, speaking affirmations into your daily life, developing your intuition, or spending time in nature or incorporating it more into your life (i.e plants in your home, candles, a water feature, gardening, etc..). Each session is unique and personalized. So the messages you receive are specifically for you.

A personal sound bath starts with an introduction conversation on the intent of the session. From there, I will lead you in a brief round of breathwork to allow you to connect with your body and relax your energy. This will allow you to better receive the healing benefits of the sound bath. As I play the crystal bowls, I will intuitively play them according to what you and your body needs. The cascade of sound offers deep relaxation, inner connection, and healing. It is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself in a way that brings a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Upon completion of the sound bath, we have a closing conversation to assist in the integration of each of us experienced during the session.

 

​During a Spiritual Guidance session, we are open to talk about a range of topic. You take the lead on what we discuss based on what you need and what you are looking for within your spiritual journey. I am a sounding board to help support you with where you are at…and where you envision going on your life’s path. As we continue with your sessions, we will build a level of consistency and reflection on the development(s) and lesson(s) along the way. The overall goal is to Empower you. Everything you are
looking for and needing is within YOU. I am here to help you discover your inner truth and power.

With a home energy harmonizing session, I come to your house to balance the overall energy of your home. With intention, I go from room to room using herbs (i.e. sage and Palo Santo) and sound to cleanse the energy. By doing so, I am able to help lighten the energy in your home, along with moving the energy that is needed to bring harmony to your surroundings. Harmonizing the energy in your home provides a lasting effect on you and other areas in your life. And, as you continue to make this a regular practice in your life, you will undergo a cumulative impact to your overall life and wellbeing. Please
know, I will answer any questions and provide suggestions to assist in maintaining a balanced energy throughout your home and overall life.

Reiki attunement is the process by which you receive the ability to give Reiki treatments. The class provides information and understanding of Reiki. Which includes what chakras are and the specifics ones we have within our bodies and aura. I provide the essential information needed to feel empowered in providing Reiki to yourself and others. Beyond the information and discussion that we will encounter during the class. You will undergo the process of Attunement. During the Attunement, I will touch your head, shoulders, and hands and use one or more special breathing techniques. The attunement energies will flow through me and into you. The Universal Life Force Energy is guided by Divine Spirit. This flow of energy adjusts your energy pathways; connecting you to the source of Reiki. Since the energetic aspect of the attunement is guided by Divine Spirit, it adjusts itself to be exactly right for each student. During the attunement, some students feel warmth in the hands, others may see colors or have visions of spiritual beings. It is a personalized experience. However, it is not necessary to have an inner experience for the attunement to have worked. Most simply feel more relaxed.
